Who are we?
We are Swingers - the crazy golf club and we are on the search for a Host to join our amazing team. We have permanent Full Time and Part Time roles available, something to suit everyone!
In short, what will I be doing?
- Think of the role as part host and part entertainer!
- Providing an outstanding level of service starting with a warm, welcoming greeting, assisting through the events and finishing with a memorable goodbye.
- Managing reservations ensuring that the tee offs are processing accurately.
- Communicating effectively with team members across all departments.
- Managing the event feedback, before, during and after all events.
So, what are we looking for?
- Previous experience as a Host/Hostess preferably in a busy hospitality environment.
- A fun, infectious and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for serving guests.
- Someone with a positive attitude, who loves hospitality as much as we do and has amazing organisation and communication skills is essential!
