Caddie Supervisor - £14.50p/hour + TRONC
Who are we?
We are Swingers - the crazy golf club and we are on the search for a Caddie Supervisor to join our amazing team. We have permanent Full Time and Part Time roles available, something to suit everyone!
In short, what will I be doing?
- Supervising and supporting our team of caddies.
- Overseeing and assisting with opening and closing procedures.
- Giving our Guests the best experience on the Crazy Golf Course, ensuring we go above and beyond for their needs and supervising your team to ensure consistency.
- Assisting with the on-going training, coaching and leading of team members to ensure service and quality standards are consistently met.
- Supporting your Manager with weekly and monthly duties, including maintaining venue standards, stock levels etc.
So, what are we looking for?
- A fun, infectious and outgoing individual with a genuine passion for serving guests, alongside outstanding attention to detail.
- Someone who has a minimum of one years' experience in a supervisory role within a high volume hospitality environment.
- A brilliant multitasker who has experience of working within a fast- paced environment.
- Someone with a positive attitude, who loves hospitality as much as we do and has amazing communication skills is essential!
