Featherby Partnership Schools in Medway is seeking a dedicated Learning Mentor to support pupils facing barriers to learning. You will provide targeted mentoring, pastoral support and guidance, building trusted relationships to help children develop confidence, resilience and academic and social-emotional skills.
Working with teachers, families and external agencies, you will create personalised support plans, contribute to a safe, inclusive environment, and support transitions across the school.
