Swindon Borough Council is looking for a part-time Support Worker to assist people with learning disabilities with daily living, personal care and medications. The 15 hours per week include alternate weekends, with a rolling early/late rota.

You will assess needs and monitor outcomes of the Support/Care Plan, ensuring records are completed accurately and kept up to date. The role offers induction and bespoke training in a collaborative team, with a commitment to flexible working patterns.
