Your next role
As a Senior Technical Specialist and Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Swindon Borough Council's Adult Social Care service by ensuring the effective use, development, and continuous improvement of the Liquidlogic and ContrOCC platforms. Working as a trusted technology and business partner, you will help the Council maximise the value of these critical systems, enabling efficient service delivery, improved user experiences, and better outcomes for residents.
The role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, business analysis skills, and stakeholder engagement. You will work collaboratively with Adult Social Care teams, business stakeholders, system users, suppliers, and colleagues across ICT to understand service requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver solutions that support evolving business needs and strategic objectives.
You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into effective system solutions, driving process improvements, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring that technology continues to meet the demands of a modern Adult Social Care service. Success in this role will depend on your ability to build strong working relationships, influence stakeholders at all levels, and work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
If you are an ambitious and motivated professional looking to make a meaningful impact through the effective use of technology, we would love to hear from you, particularly if you have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Liquidlogic
- ContrOCC
- Adult Social Care processes and workflows
Experience of working within local government, social care environments, or business-critical operational systems would be highly advantageous.
You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act "for the effective performance of a customer-facing role").
