Swindon Borough Council is seeking an Assistant Programme Manager to support the SEND Reform Plan and wider SEND Transformation Programme. You will coordinate education, health and care partners, and help keep projects on track to deliver meaningful improvements for children and young people with SEND.
Working with senior leaders, schools and families, you will help manage risks, dependencies and governance, and lead designated workstreams to plan, deliver and evaluate improvement activity.
