Your next role
The success of our vision depends on our fantastic employees and fostering the talent of the future. That is why we have this exciting opportunity for a Representation Officer.
You will have a strong background in customer services and be able to deal with enquiries from members of the public politely and effectively, remaining calm under pressure.
Ideally, you will have experience in IT systems, knowledge of parking enforcement regulations and legislation, knowledge of Court services, Traffic Penalty Tribunal, and preparation of Information Packs, although full training will be provided.
You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act "for the effective performance of a customer-facing role").
