Swindon Borough Council is recruiting a Pathway Advisor to work with care leavers aged 16 to 25, helping them live independently and access the skills and opportunities they need to become adults. The role is based in Swindon with a 37-hour week and requires travel around the borough and access to a car.
Fluency in English is required. You will provide advice, draw up Pathway Plans, keep in touch with the young person, and coordinate services with other agencies.
