Swindon Borough Council is seeking a proactive Tenancy Housing Officer to join the Housing Team. You will manage a varied caseload across tenancy management, including visits, audits, and terminations, building strong relationships with residents and partner agencies.
The role is 37 hours per week, fixed term/secondment for 12 months, with hybrid working and a salary of Β£38,220 per annum plus benefits. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, and you will be subject to DBS
