Swindon Academy is seeking a Community & Youth Coordinator to lead the Community Hub across Swindon Academy, Seven Fields Primary and Nova Hreod Academy, with community-based working. You will support residents, families and schools while delivering youth work sessions to help young people build confidence and belonging.
This role combines community development, partnership working and youth activities, requiring strong relationship skills, initiative and the ability to manage a varied workload.
