Our client, a global designer and manufacturer of industrial fasteners, supplying OEMs across multiple sectors, is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Manager to lead its UK-based internal sales function. This is a key leadership role focused on driving performance, developing people, and creating a high-performing, target-driven sales environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a team of Internal Sales professionals, ensuring best-in-class standards across all aspects of sales operations.
