Following a highly successful start to 2026, our client, a leading supplier of C-Parts to such sectors as aerospace, defence, automotive, oil and gas, is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage, develop and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts. This role acts as the primary interface between the customer and our client, ensuring both commercial growth and operational excellence.

Key duties:

  • Owning & developing customer accounts
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities within existing customers
  • Delivering against sales and margin targets
  • Building relationships across procurement, engineering, operations and senior stakeholders
  • Lead customer meetings, reviews and development plans
  • Prepare and manage pricing proposals, quotations and commercial reviews
  • Look to continuously improve service offering, customer processes and supply chain efficiency

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven C-Parts experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management
  • Strong commercial awareness & negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage complex customer relationships
  • Strong organisational & planning skills
  • Experience in industrial/engineering/supply chain environments preferred
