We have a fantastic job opportunity available with one of our clients, for an Office Administrator, working in the Stoke Prior area, with an immediate start.
Hours β Monday to Thursday 9am β 5pm. Friday 4:30pm finish.
Main responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting with enquiries from new and existing clients
- General administration and office duties as required
- Invoicing and banking
- Scheduling work with technicians
- Completing report records
- Assisting with keeping stationery cupboard and office supplies replenished
- Marketing and updating of social media platforms
- Assisting with stock taking
- Fleet management
Skills and experience required:
- Previous Office Administration is essential
- IT Literate β Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with own initiative
- Punctual and reliable
