Our client, a Tier 1 Legal 500 Commercial Law firm, is seeking either a Senior Associate or Principal Associate Lawyer to join their Corporate & Private Equity firm. They operate a hybrid working model requiring your presence in the office (either Cardiff or London) once or twice per week.. You will work collaboratively with your clients, gaining an unparalleled understanding of their business, completing their transactions in an efficient and time effective manner. In addition to transactional work, you will also provide corporate advisory services, providing expertise on shareholders agreement, governance advice, group restructuring, joint ventures and the like. Applications are invited from ambitious, highly motivated corporate lawyers with a successful track record of working on corporate transactions.
