£25,000-£26,500 basic salary

We have a fantastic job opportunity available with one of our clients, for an Office Administrator working in the Stoke Prior area with an immediate start.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 4:30pm finish.

Main responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting with enquiries from new and existing clients
  • General administration and office duties as required
  • Invoicing and banking
  • Scheduling work with technicians
  • Completing report records
  • Assisting with keeping stationary cupboard and office supplies replenished
  • Marketing and updating of social media platforms
  • Assisting with stock taking
  • Fleet management

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous Office Administration is essential
  • IT Literate: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with own initiative
  • Punctual and reliable

Salary and benefits:
