£30,000 basic; £35-40,000 OTE (open ended commission) + company car. Our client is a leading, long-established provider of B2B fleet management solutions, and they are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional who is eager to develop their career with a respected organisation offering full product training and ongoing development.
In this role, you will focus on both new business generation and account management, building strong relationships with customers while identifying opportunities to expand the client base. As full training will be provided, prior experience within fleet management is not required. Instead, our client is looking for someone with the right attitude - hungry, ambitious and hardworking - with a proven track record gained from at least 18 months of B2B sales experience.
A full driving licence is essential, as the role includes regular travel to meet clients and is offered with a company car. Ideally, candidates will be based in the Worcestershire region, though the role will require travel across surrounding areas.
On offer is a basic salary in the region of £30,000 + open ended commission giving an OTE of £35-40,000 minimum + company car and other usual benefits.
