The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 ÂŁ per year.
This is more than just an administrative support role – our Paralegals are integral to how our teams operate. You’ll be hands‑on from day one, working closely with qualified lawyers to support existing caseloads. You will be sat with our litigation team, focusing on supporting with the housing disrepair work both at a pre‑action stage as well as during litigation. You’ll be trusted with real responsibility, but also fully supported by experienced professionals who want to see you succeed. Expect a role that’s fast‑paced, client‑focused, and full of opportunities to learn and grow.
Key tasks will include:
- Preparing legal documents, letters and reports
- Communicating with clients in person, by phone and in writing
- Liaising with third parties to support case progression
- Organising diaries, appointments and meetings
- Supporting solicitors with case preparation and ongoing file management

Required experience, skill and attributes
We’re looking for applicants with a strong academic foundation and a real appetite for learning. You’ll ideally already have a legal qualification—typically a Law degree or post‑graduate legal course—but just as important is your mindset and approach to working in a professional team.
