Swim England based in Loughborough is seeking an experienced and impartial Disciplinary Investigator (Resolutions Investigator) on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is based at SportPark, Loughborough, with a minimum of 2 days per week on-site and a 35-hour week (Mon–Fri).
The successful candidate will manage complaints through informal and formal procedures, investigate, collect evidence, and produce clear Complaint Response Reports, ensuring fairness and timely resolutions.
