Role Overview

Your role involves imparting essential swimming skills to students of all ages, conducting engaging lessons, and prioritising safety during classes. As a part of our esteemed team, you’ll follow our award-winning teaching program, leveraging our unique rewards system and cutting-edge technology to guide students through each skill level. Your flexible working hours will span weekdays, afternoons, and weekends, with competitive pay rates ranging up to £25 per hour based on your qualifications and experience.

Qualifications:

We’re seeking individuals who were born to swim, and are eager to embrace our ground-breaking Swimming Nature method. To qualify, candidates must:

Hold a Swim England Level 1 & 2, STA Swimming Instructor Qualification, or equivalent international qualification Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with prior experience in customer-facing/service roles. Possess a current lifesaving qualification (preferred, though we can provide training if necessary). Showcase excellent swimming ability, coupled with up-to-date knowledge of the sport.
