Role Overview: Your role involves imparting essential swimming skills to students of all ages, conducting engaging lessons, and prioritising safety during classes. As a part of our esteemed team, you'll follow our award-winning teaching programme, leveraging our unique rewards system and cutting-edge technology to guide students through each skill level. The hours are from 9am to 4pm on Saturday only, with competitive pay rates ranging up to £25 per hour based on your qualifications and experience.
Qualifications: We're seeking individuals who were born to swim, and are eager to embrace our ground-breaking Swimming Nature method. To qualify, candidates must:
- Hold a Swim England Level 2, STA Swimming Instructor Qualification, or equivalent international qualification
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with prior experience in customer-facing/service roles
- Possess a current lifesaving qualification (preferred, though we can provide training if necessary)
