Role Overview

Your flexible working hours are Monday to Saturday, with competitive pay rates ranging up to £25 per hour based on your qualifications and experience.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Swim England Level 1 & 2, STA Swimming Instructor Qualification, or equivalent international qualification
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with prior experience in customer-facing/service roles
  • Possess a current lifesaving qualification (preferred, though we can provide training if necessary)
  • Showcase excellent swimming ability, coupled with up-to-date knowledge of the sport
