About the role

Are you early in your career and relentlessly competitive? Do you thrive on activity, learning fast, and earning wins through effort and persistence? Swimlane is seeking a Business Development Associate to support our European Business Development Representative (BDR) team. We will teach you the business, the market, and the product. You bring drive, resilience, curiosity, and the ability to apply feedback quickly in a structured, team‑oriented environment.

This role is designed as a 6–12 month progression path into a Business Development Representative (BDR) role, based on performance against defined activity, pipeline, and skill development milestones.

What you’ll do

  • Support outbound prospecting across key European markets (e.g., UKI, DACH, Southern Europe, Nordics, Benelux), aligning outreach to regional business norms, languages, and time zones.
  • Execute outbound prospecting activities across email, phone, and social channels, including first‑touch outreach and consistent follow‑up.
