We Are Swim is seeking enthusiastic Operations Assistants to join our award-winning team in the UK. You will support at venues to ensure a first-class, clean, warm and safe experience for every visit, welcoming families and assisting swimmers and parents.
You will maintain high hygiene standards, handle on-site inquiries, supervise poolside during lessons, and work with colleagues to set up and run each lesson. Full training is provided, with opportunities across multiple Swim venues.
