Are you an experienced swim teacher looking for a well-paid, flexible role within a supportive and professional team? Swim Studio London is a private swim school with locations across South West and North West London. We operate our own purpose-built pools in Fulham, Balham, Sheen, and St John’s Wood, delivering high-quality private and small group lessons (maximum 4:1) for children aged 3 months to 10 years. All lessons are delivered in the water, in pools heated to a comfortable 31°C, allowing for a premium teaching experience for both instructors and swimmers.

About you
We’re looking for reliable, enthusiastic, and experienced swim teachers who are confident working both independently and as part of a team.
Essential requirements:
- ASA or STA Level 2 qualification (or international equivalent recognised by Swim England)
- Parent & baby/child qualification (or relevant experience)
- Valid DBS check
- Current lifesaving qualification (e.g. NPLQ or Swim Teacher Rescue Award)
- Public liability insurance
- Strong swimming ability (assessed at interview)
Desirable:
- Minimum 2 years’ teaching experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive, professional attitude
