Our purpose-built, child-centric learn-to-swim centres are revolutionising how families access high-quality swimming tuition in the UK. As we grow, we’re looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join our team on a part-time basis and help tell our story across multiple marketing platforms.
The Role
We’re seeking a confident and hands-on part-time Marketing Executive with experience across both offline and online campaigns to support customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness across all swim! locations. You will have a diverse marketing background, capable of managing local campaigns, updating digital platforms (including WordPress or similar), CRM workflows, and supporting content creation. This role will suit a well-rounded marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable juggling multiple priorities across our family-focused brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and loyalty, both online and offline.
- Manage and maintain website content using WordPress or similar CMS, ensuring information is current, accessible, and SEO-optimised.
- Support CRM strategy including campaign setup, email marketing, customer journeys, and reporting using tools such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to support centre-level promotions and national campaigns.
- Create and edit content using basic design tools (e.g., Photoshop or Canva) for print, digital, and social platforms.
- Support centre teams with local marketing materials, posters, flyers, and promotional assets.
- Monitor and report on key campaign metrics including lead generation, conversion and engagement.
- Support organic and paid social media campaigns – including content calendar, content creation and creative feedback.
- Conduct local competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
