We are now recruiting Swimming Coaches for NEW HOURS! Swim Generation is an expanding swimming business based in and around the Waterloo area. Coaches will be self-employed at a starting hourly rate from £25 to £29 per hour. Swim Generation has been created to provide high-quality coaching to all clients.

The basic principle behind our coaching philosophy is to build confidence and develop skills to maximize potential and build a greater understanding of the specific sport itself. Our coaches teach from within the water and teach small groups (1:1, 2:1 and 3:1).

At Swim Generation, we recognise that one of the major challenges for parents is encouraging their children to participate in sports. We are experienced in improving confidence levels, which in turn improves skills base and fitness, all factors which we believe are crucial in motivating children to continue to take part in, and to actively enjoy, their chosen sport.

We are currently recruiting Swimming Teachers and Coaches for our NEW hours in our wonderful venue. Instructors must hold the necessary Swim England or STA certification. If your qualifications are with Swim England, we require both Level 1 and Level 2 certificates. If your qualifications are with STA we require both the Level 2 Award and Level 2 Certificate.

We offer extremely competitive rates of pay and operate in luxury environments. Experienced pre-school lesson instructors are actively encouraged to apply.
