Swim Generation is looking for a Swimming Coordinator to provide a premium service to an existing client base through teaching, bookings and customer service. Swim Generation is growing and looking for an experienced swimming coordinator, bookings administrator or receptionist to join the head office team at a pivotal and exciting time.
Swim Generation provides luxury swimming lessons, within exclusive private pools by a team of top-quality coaches across Central London, West London, South-West London, Surrey and Somerset. The customer service that comes from the head office team and coaches is always the priority.
The role:
- Swimming Teacher: provide superb swimming lessons following the Swim Generation methodology.
- Class and bookings management: in control and managing the day-to-day set up of lessons and coaches.
- Client Relationship and Account Management: provide excellent customer service to an existing client base in order to meet brand standards and expectations. Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty through superb support. Maintain and develop close relationships with the existing client base to encourage retention and consistent rebooking.
Do you fit?
- Experience as a Swimming Teacher, minimum 2yrs
- Experience as an account manager or receptionist, preferably in a high-class service or health club
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent grammar
- Confident and professional when speaking with clients face to face
- Worked in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solving skills
- Organizational skills, excellent time-management as well as management of their diary identifying priorities
