  • Swimming Teacher: provide superb swimming lessons following the Swim Generation methodology.
  • Class and bookings management: in control and managing the day-to-day set up of lessons and coaches.
  • Client Relationship and Account Management: provide excellent customer service to an existing client base in order to meet brand standards and expectations. Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty through superb support. Maintain and develop close relationships with the existing client base to encourage retention and consistent rebooking.

Experience:

  • As a Swimming Teacher, minimum 2 years.
  • As an account manager or receptionist, preferably in a high-class service or health club.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent grammar.
  • Confident and professional when speaking with clients face to face.
  • Worked in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Organizational skills, excellent time-management as well as management of their diary identifying priorities.
