Swim Generation has been created to provide high-quality coaching to all clients. The basic principle behind our coaching philosophy is to build confidence and develop skills to maximize potential and build a greater understanding of the specific sport itself.

At Swim Generation, we recognise that one of the major challenges for parents is encouraging their children to participate in sports. We are currently recruiting Swimming Teachers and Coaches for our NEW hours in our wonderful venue. Instructors must hold the necessary Swim England or STA certification. If your qualifications are with Swim England, we require both Level 1 and Level 2 certificates. If your qualifications are with STA we require both the Level 2 Award and Level 2 Certificate.
