Are you passionate about the future of competitive swimming in the South West? Do you have your finger on the pulse of aquatic sports in your local area? Swim England South West Region is currently seeking dedicated and knowledgeable individuals to join our Regional Swimming Committee. This is an exciting opportunity to step up, make a difference, and act as the voice for your county in shaping the strategic direction of swimming across our region.

As a committee member, you will directly represent your county on the Swim England South West Region's Swimming Committee. You will collaborate with other county representatives and regional staff to develop and promote swimming, ensure fair and effective competition, and support the growth of aquatic athletes across the South West.

To ensure we find the right candidates who meet our high standards for leadership and safeguarding, the recruitment process will involve the following steps:

  • CV Submission: Interested applicants are asked to submit a current CV detailing their involvement and experience in swimming.
  • Online Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an online interview with our nomination panel to discuss their vision and experience.
