Teddington Swimming Club (TSC) based in South West London, isrecruiting for an experienced,suitablyqualified PerformanceCoach to support our Head Coach and lead a performance squad. Last season,TSChad 31swimmers reach British, English or Open Water Nationals. This season(2025) , we currently have 20swimmers qualifiedfor British or English Nationals and expect this to increase with Open Water qualifications after the Ooen Water Regionals.

We are looking for aPerformance Coach who has had experienceleading their own performance squad and taking swimmers to at least Regional Level. Experience at a National Level would be beneficial, but not a requirement. There is opportunity for career progression and mentoring as well as further professional qualification training.

We are a relatively small club but have achieved highly at BritishandEnglish Nationals as well as Open Water Nationals over the past seasons. We would love to findan enthusiastic, skilled coach to join our team and work closely with the Head Coach.

Anopen water qualification orexperienceis desirable, but ultimately – and what matters the most – we are looking for the right person to fit into our close team and become part of the TSC community.

This role requires a mix of evening, early morning and weekend work, as well as travel and attendance to meets. Our main pool is Teddington but we also train in Richmond, Hampton, Guildford and Aldershot.

The start date would be the 26th August 2025, when pre-season training begins.
