Bushey Amateur Swimming Club in Hertfordshire has a superb opportunity for a dynamic new Head Coach to join this small but successful and sociable swimming club as it’s about to celebrate its centenary year.

You will be responsible for spearheading the training programme and improving individual and team performances across the club. You will lead a team of experienced teachers, coaches and team managers, and guide swimmers who range from committed Regional swimmers who want to excel, to juniors who are still mastering strokes, and swimmers who train just for fitness.

We are looking for an enthusiastic leader who will relish the task of taking Bushey ASC into its next century. You may be an established Assistant or Development Coach keen to take on your next challenge, or perhaps you’re an established Performance Coach, looking to lead a club which offers arelaxed but competitive approach.
