The successful candidate will need to have the following skills and attributes: Swim England Senior Swimming Coach Certificate/ASA Level 3 Award (We would consider applicants who hold a Swim England Swimming Coach Certificate/ASA Level 2 Award, and have a minimum of 3 years coaching experience, and are willing to work towards the Swim England Senior Swimming Coach Certificate.) Strong leadership qualities Enthusiastic and positive mindset Able to work lead and motivate a team Excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills A high level of technical knowledge and understanding of Aquatics GB’s Long Term Athlete Development Programme (LTAD). Enthusiasm, inspiration and demonstrable innovation through coaching practice A self-starter capable of creating new ideas and implementing them. Committed to equality and diversity.
