GLL is seeking an Assistant Head Coach at Barnet Copthall Leisure Centre to lead a safe, coached programme within the Swimming Training Scheme (BTS) and in partnership with Barnet Copthall Swimming Club.
You will work with a team to develop squad swimmers aged 5 to 13.
This permanent, 30-hour-per-week role focuses on coaching, progression planning, and supporting junior swimmers while handling administrative duties and driving positive progress.
