Swimming Teacher – Preston & Lancashire Full Time & Part Time Opportunities Available Pay: £13.00-£17.00 per hour Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week Swim Central Preston has an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic, creative, and motivated Swimming Teachers who are passionate about the progression of learning through our swimming programme. In a comfortable and pleasant environment, the successful applicants will deliver exciting classes to groups of children and adults ranging in age and ability. Duties: Teach swim lessons to individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels Develop and implement lesson plans based on the needs and abilities of each student Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all participants Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills Monitor and ensure the safety of all swimmers during lessons Maintain accurate records of attendance and progress of swimmers Qualifications: Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively teach and interact with students of all ages Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities Must be able to pass a background check Essential criteria: ASA/Swim England/ STA Level 1 Desirable criteria: ASA/Swim England Level 2 STA Level 2 Award/Certificate Level 2 Baby and Pre-School
