Swiis Foster Care is seeking a candidate with the appropriate work ethic and experience to join our Home Finding Team based in Bristol. This is a full-time position and is office based.

The role
You will support the Home Finding Team Manager in the coordination and management of the central home‑finding function for Swiis Foster Care. As the Deputy Home Finding Team Manager you will play a key role in supporting the Home Finding Team Manager to lead a team of experienced Home Finding Officers in the effective matching and placing of children and young people who require safe and nurturing foster families. You will mentor, develop and support Home Finding Team members, providing appropriate line management and supervision where required.

- Good IT skills, especially MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Organisational and time-management skills.
- Qualification, experience or training in supervising and leading a team.
- Proven experience in client relationship development, with a track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of developmental strategies to increase efficiency and output of team.
- Ethical Integrity: Strong commitment to ethical practices.
- Self‑Motivation: High level of self‑motivation with a proactive approach to identifying, pursuing and nurturing opportunities.
