We’re looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our growing telecoms team and play a key role in supporting our lead generation process. You will be responsible for identifying and preparing high-quality opportunities for our Lead Generators and Brokers to contact. You’ll be working through our existing database of previous customers, reviewing account information, contract statuses, and renewal opportunities to identify businesses that may be ready for a new conversation. This is not a cold-calling role. There is no outbound calling involved.
Requirements
- Reviewing and managing existing customer data within our telecoms database
- Identifying previous customers who may be approaching the end of their contracts or due for renewal conversations
- Preparing and passing qualified opportunities to the Lead Generation team
- Accurately updating customer records and internal systems
- Working closely with the telecoms sales team to support pipeline growth
- Maintaining organised and detailed records across multiple accounts
- Supporting the wider commercial team with administrative and lead support tasks
- Developing knowledge of telecoms products, contract cycles, and customer requirements over time
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data, systems, and customer records
- Previous experience in administration, sales support, recruitment, customer service, office-based roles, or data handling is helpful
- No telecoms experience needed. Full training will be provided

- Base salary of £20,000 to £22,000, OTE up to £30,000.
- 5% commission paid on all successfully converted leads you provide
