Dialler Manager
We are looking for an experienced Dialler Manager to lead dialler strategy across our sales floor.
You will be responsible for campaign pacing, performance, and compliance, working closely with Operations and Senior Leadership to ensure activity remains effective, sustainable, and fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of how campaigns are paced, dialled, and prioritised across the floor.
- Keep an eye on key metrics such as contact rates, idle time, and abandoned calls, and adjust in real time to maintain performance.
- Produce clear, accurate performance reporting to support decision-making across Operations and Senior Management.
- Deliver timely reporting that gives Team Leaders and Senior Managers the insight they need.
- Analyse campaign data to identify trends and risks, flagging issues before they escalte.
- Monitor data closely to catch performance dips or risks early, before they impact the floor.
- Serve as the go‑to person for any fixes, tweaks or explanations on the dialler side.
