We’re looking for a Compliance Officer / Supplier Liaison Executive to oversee sales compliance standards while managing relationships with utility suppliers. The role focuses on auditing sales calls, ensuring compliance procedures are followed, preventing mis-selling issues—particularly within water sales—and reporting findings to directors and suppliers.

What you’ll do:

  • Listen and audit sales calls to ensure agents are following correct sales processes and scripts
  • Monitor compliance around rates, retail fees and disclosures
  • Identify and prevent potential mis‑selling issues
  • Investigate new complaints raised by customers
  • Report findings and compliance concerns back to directors and suppliers
  • Work closely with management to improve sales quality and compliance standards
  • Act as the main point of contact for utility suppliers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers across energy and water
  • Handle supplier escalations and operational issues
