This is an exciting phone‑based B2B mobile consultant role focused on helping businesses manage and reduce their mobile costs. You will be advising SME and SOHO clients, identifying inefficiencies in their current mobile setup, and delivering tailored solutions through our network of trusted suppliers.
This role is ideal for someone with telecoms or mobile sales experience who enjoys fast‑paced deal cycles and building long‑term client relationships.
What You’ll Do- Sell business mobile solutions including SIM‑only deals, handset packages, and multi‑user mobile plans
- Work with SMEs and SOHO businesses as well as larger multi‑line accounts
- Conduct detailed mobile audits, reviewing contracts, usage, billing, and identifying areas for cost savings
- Support businesses with contract consolidation (e.g. multiple providers into one streamlined solution)
- Recommend and sell tailored mobile solutions based on usage and business needs
- Manage upgrades, renewals, and migrations between mobile providers
- Handle multi‑line accounts (ranging from 5‑100+ connections)
- Build, manage, and convert your own pipeline through outbound activity, referrals, and warm leads
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close and onboarding
- Identify opportunities to introduce other cost‑saving services such as energy, payments, and utilities
- Experience selling business mobile, telecoms SIMs or handset contracts (essential)
- Strong understanding of UK mobile networks (O2, Vodafone, EE, Three)
- Ability to analyse mobile bills, usage and tariffs to identify savings opportunities
- Confident communicator with strong objection handling and closing skills
- Self‑motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline
- Some fixed‑line telecoms experience would be beneficial, but not essential
