We’re a growing consultancy based in Shoreditch, helping businesses make smarter choices across utilities, from energy and payments to telecoms, waste management and water. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Compliance Officer / Supplier Liaison Executive to join the business.

The Role

We’re looking for a Compliance Officer / Supplier Liaison Executive to oversee sales compliance standards while managing relationships with our utility suppliers. This role will focus heavily on auditing sales calls, ensuring all compliance procedures are being followed correctly, helping prevent any potential mis-selling issues, particularly within water sales, and reporting findings back to directors and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Listen to and audit sales calls to ensure agents are following correct sales processes and scripts
  • Monitor compliance around rates, retail fees and disclosures
  • Identify and prevent potential mis-selling issues
  • Investigate new complaints raised by customers
  • Report findings and compliance concerns back to directors and suppliers
  • Work closely with management to improve sales quality and compliance standards
  • Act as the main point of contact for utility suppliers
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers across energy and water
  • Handle supplier escalations and operational issues

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience within compliance or quality assurance
  • Utilities experience is highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Comfortable listening to and reviewing sales calls

Benefits
