The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

To be considered for this role we would love you to have:

  • Ideally you will be educated to degree level or to HNC level with relevant experience in Electrical Engineering within the building services or energy industry.
  • A broad understanding of all areas of the energy industry; in particular; embedded generation G99 & G100 requirements, heat pumps, CHP’s, building services, smart energy systems and controls, distributed energy technology and distribution networks.
  • You will have experience in the development and design of electrical installations to BS7671; LV and HV power networks.
  • Ideally experienced in behind the meter generation, heat pump infrastructure and dealing with DNO connection applications.
  • You will have experience in assessing existing building electrical infrastructure making recommendations to key stakeholders through the provision of good quality technical reports.
  • Preferably you will be professionally registered or working towards professional registration and a member of a relevant engineering institute e.g. IET, CIBSE.
