We are currently looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join a small close knit team on the outskirts of York.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Leadership: Developing creative concepts, mood boards, and overall design direction for luxury or commercial hospitality, hotel, and leisure schemes.
  • Technical Expertise: Producing detailed drawing packages, including spatial planning, joinery detailing, and construction documentation.
  • FF&E & Procurement: Selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), materials, and finishes tailored to high-end, durable environments.
  • Project & Client Management: Leading client presentations, coordinating with external stakeholders (architects, contractors), and overseeing project delivery.
  • Mentorship: Guiding junior and mid-weight designers within the studio.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in interior design, with a focus on hospitality or leisure.
  • Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), and SketchUp.
