The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their design and project management skills and experience in a challenging and fast paced environment.
Your main responsibilities and personal qualities required will include:
- Assist with feasibility studies and designs to professional standards to meet target dates
- Assist with developing designs through to planning
- The ability to manage a demanding workload producing working drawings
- Possess a good level of technical ability in all forms of construction alongside experience in Building and Planning regulations and procedures
- Work closely with the in-house associated consultants and also external consultants
As a qualified Technician, your skills and qualifications will include:
- Degree in Architectural Technology
- Preferably be MCIAT qualified, with a minimum ACIAT 4 years post construction qualification experience desirable
- Proficiency in Revit essential
- Experience of AutoCad, Sketchup and Photoshop is highly desirable
- Competent in other software packages including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
