iSPE Solutions is a very different type of training provider.
Established in 2019, iSPE\’s unique and bold approach to Apprenticeship training enables our learners to achieve high levels of practical skill within a very short time compared to more traditional training methods. We help future engineers and administrators to excel at their chosen profession. We are not a training company where apprentices are encouraged to tick boxes at the expense of highly sought after, valuable workplace technical skills. iSPE helps to solve the pressing UK problem of assuring critical supply of tomorrows engineers and business support staff for employers within the nuclear, aerospace and energy sectors
As a main training provider for apprenticeships under the Department of Education (Register Of Training Apprenticeship Providers) our sister company SPE is a family-owned Midlands-based engineering manufacturing specialists supplying high-integrity machined parts, assemblies, and fabrications to the defence, aerospace and energy markets of the world. SPE\’s 40 year heritage in precision engineering and innovation coupled with our passion for training and developing people provides the base for iSPEs innovative take on the future.
iSPE has a wealth of experience in commercial learning and development combined with serious engineering expertise within the Company. This dynamic leads to an environment where trainee\’s can flourish and become some of the best \”work ready\” apprentices in industry for the UK key supply chain.
