Electrical Engineer

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.

• Diagnose and repair electrical plant, including lighting, power distribution, and control systems.

• Conduct minor mechanical and fabric maintenance when required.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and industry standards.

• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, both electronically and on paper.

• Respond promptly to breakdowns and keep downtime to a minimum.

• Level 3 City & Guilds/NVQ in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance (FM), specifically within electrical systems.

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities for electrical systems.

• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
