Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.

Diagnose and repair electrical plant, including lighting, power distribution, and control systems.

Conduct minor mechanical and fabric maintenance when required.

Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and industry standards.

Maintain accurate records of all work performed, both electronically and on paper.

Respond promptly to breakdowns and keep downtime to a minimum.

Level 3 City & Guilds/NVQ in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance (FM), specifically within electrical systems.

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities for electrical systems.

Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
