Launching first in Epsom and expanding across the UK, SwiftGlam offers a seamless, booking experience that connects clients directly with independent beauty pros. Our mission is to create a vibrant, supportive community where freelancers thrive without the overhead of salons or agencies. Role Description Maintain and continuously improve the SwiftGlam website (post-launch) Build the mobile app from the ground up (iOS and Android) Support marketing and growth activities (SEO, analytics, automations, UX optimizations) Shape the technical vision and roadmap Eventually step into the CTO role, leading our tech team and future hires You’ll work closely with the founder on product strategy, growth, and scaling SwiftGlam into a high-impact platform for beauty professionals. Qualifications Full‑stack development (React, Next.js, Node.js, or similar) Mobile app development (Flutter, React Native, or Swift) Experience with APIs, databases (SQL/MongoDB), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Strong understanding of UX/UI and responsive design Familiar with SEO, analytics, and basic marketing automations Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices—data encryption, secure logins, and GDPR compliance Experience with version control (Git/GitHub) and deploying scalable apps Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive communicator, and interest in the beauty or creator economy Marketing
