As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be working on customer sites throughout Wolverhampton, Dudley, Worcester and surrounding areas, making sure everything is running smoothly. Your role will involve completing all repairs within contracted service level agreements, making follow‑up calls to install additional parts, performing Portable Appliance Tests (PAT), and carrying out scheduled planned maintenance services. We’ll equip you with everything you need – a van, mobile phone, iPad, uniform, and even training! And the best part – you’ll only be working weekdays! We also have a service centre in Wolverhampton so you will be in close contact with your colleagues for support and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Always follow all workplace procedures correctly, including Health and Safety rules and technician procedures.
- Capture correct client data and make updates to jobs in 'real‑time'.
- Provide accurate and detailed reports on every site visit.
- Order parts via our central database and maintain van stock levels.
