We’re looking for a Technical Executive - Damage and Repairs, to join our team at our Milton Keynes site, supporting the management of vehicle damage, repairs and customer queries across our Flexible (short‑term rental) fleet.

You’ll be responsible for managing vehicle damage and repair processes, ensuring vehicles are repaired quickly and cost‑effectively to minimise downtime. You’ll work closely with repairers, customers and internal teams to resolve queries, manage approvals and maintain high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

  • Process and review vehicle condition reports for returned vehicles, ensuring all damage is accurately recorded
  • Obtain repair estimates and images, progressing repairs efficiently using internal systems
  • Inspect and manage damage identified on incoming vehicles within the Flex fleet
  • Maintain and update repair tracking systems and reporting tools
  • Liaise with customers to approve repairs where costs exceed agreed limits
  • Raise and process recharge invoices for vehicle damage in line with customer agreements
  • Respond to customer queries, providing clear evidence and supporting documentation
  • Work with repair partners to ensure timely delivery and high‑quality repairs
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and future reference
  • Support the Flex Operations Manager with ad‑hoc tasks and operational improvements

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience working with vehicle damage, repairs or fleet operations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with both internal and external partners
  • Experience liaising with suppliers or third‑party repairers
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Self‑motivated with a positive, can‑do attitude
