Analytics: As Solutions Manager– Shopper Trak Solutions, you will define and deliver the product strategy for traffic analytics and shopper insight solutions within our retail portfolio.

You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from vision and roadmap to launch and optimisation—translating customer needs, market trends, and technical capabilities into scalable, data-driven products.

Working in a hybrid setup, you will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, sales, marketing and customer success to drive adoption, innovation and commercial growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the Shopper Trak product roadmap aligned to business strategy and ROI
  • Translate retail analytics trends (AI, omnichannel behaviour, sensor tech) into product opportunities
  • Create product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning and reviews
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
  • Engage customers to validate use cases and capture feedback
  • Act as the voice of the customer across internal teams
  • Track KPIs such as traffic accuracy, uptime, adoption and conversion rates
  • Support go-to-market activities including positioning, pricing and launches
  • Enable sales through training, tools, RFP support and customer presentations

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in product management, operations or customer success
  • Background in retail technology, Io T/sensor solutions or analytics/Saa S platforms
  • Strong Agile delivery experience
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with data-driven products and analytics platforms
  • Beneficial
  • Experience in retail operations or shopper behaviour analytics
  • Knowledge of computer vision, AI/ML or sensor-based technologies
  • Experience in B2B enterprise Saa S environments
  • MBA or equivalent business/technical qualification
